Herbal First Aid

This Herbal First Aid Course will provide you with the tools you need to affectively address the typical minor injuries and discomforts that occur in everyday life. You will learn how to use safely useitems you have on hand, some of which include herbs right in your own yard or in yourpantry. By the end of this course you will know how to take a basic first aid kit and tailor itto the needs of your family. Using simple herbal formulations, together, we will create anall-natural first aid kit with items that will bring relief to cuts, bruises, burns as well as toaddress minor conditions such as headaches, sore throats, coughs and flu…to name a few.In this course we will also cover simple herbal terms, properties of herbs and herbal safety.This course is child friendly. Children will love learning to craft their own ointments, sprays,poultices, tinctures, liniments, salves etc. Our intention is that our participants come awayfeeling confident and better equipped when it comes to addressing immediate health andfirst-aid concerns of themselves and their families.
